Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (3GB RAM 32GB 4G LTE) is a 2018 released mid-range Android handset of the popular Note series from Chinese device maker Xiaomi. This comes after the 2017 Note 5A series and improves specs for a better and speedier overall performance. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset that has an improved Octa-core CPU with a clock rate of 1.8GHz. The chip includes an impressive 3GB RAM which makes multitasking super smooth and lets you run many apps without a hint of lag. An improved built-in Adreno 509 GPU is also provided for powerful graphics and gaming.

The smartphone is powered by Android OS v8.0 (Oreo) installed on its 32GB internal storage (ROM) along with MIUI 9.0 user interface which is popular with more than 250 million users around the globe. It provides Hybrid Dual SIM Standby (One 3G/4G SIM and One 2G SIM) so you can keep both your private and work SIMs in the same phone. Screen size has been increased to 5.99-inch for a better multimedia experience. It is multitouch-supportive, uses IPS LCD with capacitive technology and gives a great 1080 x 2160p resolution.

Camera specs have also been improved. The phablet now features a powerful Dual 12MP+5MP back camera with dual pixel phase detection AF, built-in LED flash, face detection, panorama and Full HD 1080p video and photo capture.
