We do not accept returns but we will happily offer one-time exchanges within 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your return, please let us know via email, and the team will provide you with a unique returns reference. Failing to include a note with your unique returns reference inside your return package will result in long delays, and may even mean that your package is not identified at all.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.
Once your returned item has been received and processed by the VO team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at info@byve.io.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
