Details

A7S is a Mirrorless Digital Camera from Sony, incorporating compact design with a magnesium alloy top cover, front cover and internal structure. It sports 0.5-inch XGA OLED Tru-Finder electronic viewfinder and 3.0-inch 921600-dot tilting LCD monitor with which you can review your images. The camera features a unique on-chip gapless lens design, which incorporates small lenses between neighboring pixels to increase light-gathering efficiency and give greater image quality.

The camera comes with full-frame 12.2-megapixel Exmor CMOS sensor, the sensor is capable of internal UHD 4K recording at 30 fps with full pixel readout as well as 1080p recording at up to 60 fps. With the BIONZ X image processor these images can be produced at sensitivities up to ISO 409600 and at a continuous 5 fps shooting rate. It also offers fast 25-point contrast-detection autofocus with low-light sensitivity to -4 EV to improve the speed, accuracy and tracking performance of the system. Moreover, the A7S packs in Wi-Fi connectivity with NFC for remote operation and transfer of images to a smartphone, tablet or computer.
