BlackBerry Z30 (STA100-2 16GB 4G LTE) is powered by BlackBerrys latest OS version 10.2. The device features a large 5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution at 294 ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch. It runs on a Dual-core 1.7GHz Krait processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset along with 2GB of RAM for seamless multi-tasking. Internal storage of 16GB is provided which can further be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card slot. The device has a bar form factor with thickness of only 9.4 mm.

The Z30 incorporates an 8 megapixels primary autofocus camera that can shoot images of up to 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution and includes a number of functions like Image stabilization, Geo-tagging, Face detection, Video stabilization, LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording at up to 30 frames per second. A front facing 2MP camera is part of the package that records 720p HD videos at up to 30fps.

The new BlackBerry smartphone is powered by a mighty 2880 mAh battery which is the largest ever battery in a BlackBerry smartphone and is capable of providing up to 25 hours of mixed use.
