General Location: 

The subject property comprises a battle-axe shaped holding positioned on the south of Reed Court, in the outer suburb of Deanside, located approximately 25 kilometres northwest of the Melbourne Central Activities District (CAD). The holding generally falls from the Reed Court frontage to the south of the site to the Kororoit Creek.

Surrounding Development: 

The property is located within the Kororoit PSP, with proposed future residential development to the north, east and west and the Kororoit Creek to the south. The property is currently surrounded by existing rural-residential properties and developing residential estates.
