Pentax K-70 (Kit 18-55mm WR) is a mid-sized and mid price Digital SLR camera designed for experienced photographers. It features an excellent 921,000-dot resolution 3.0-inch Vari-angle TFT LCD monitor with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The LCD is aided by a pentaprism type viewfinder which offers 0.95x magnification and 100-percent field of view. A Natural Bright Matte III focusing screen is part of the package and allows great diopter adjustment as well. The hallmark of this camera is its ultra sharp PENTAX KAF2 bayonet mount, high ISO and compatibility with K-mount lenses such as Pentax KAF4, KAF3, KAF2, KAF and KA-mount lenses.

The camera comes with an 18-55mm WR Lens Kit to get you started. It also features powerful APS-C sized CMOS 24.2-Megapixels effective image sensor with primary colour filter and allows 14-bit image data so you can easily play around with images in your photo studio. An SR (Shake Reduction) mechanism is part of its design to enhance imagery. All images are processed by the built-in Prime MII image processing engine. The camera uses an 11-point multi-pattern autofocus system and advanced 77-segment multi-pattern metering.
