Garmin Fenix 6 (Sapphire Edition) is an innovative GPS Smart Watch which also doubles as a full-range fitness coach. This gadget features a round shaped dial which models a full colour 1.3-inch display with 260 x 260 pixels resolution, LED back-light and sunlight-visible colour panel. Its strap is made of silicone which is water resistant just like the watch casing. The case can withstand water up to a whopping 10 ATM pressure which is at approx 100 meters of depth making this device ideal for swimmers.

The watch comes with a function known as Training Status which provides you with an evaluation of your training by monitoring your workout regimens. This helps you understand whether you are training productively or are under-performing/over-performing. With this evaluation, you can then adjust the pace and style of your training. The gadget can also help improve your technique for exercises and activities by recording metrics such as cadence, stride length, ground contact time and balance, vertical oscillation and vertical ratio.

The watch supports a number of sports activities including running, cycling, skiing, climbing and swimming to name a few.  You can select or switch from these built-in activity modes to make the most out of your Garmin activity tracker. When paired with your smartphone, you can easily upload all recorded data on to your phone via Garmin Connect Mobile app.
