Canon XA11 Professional Full HD Camcorder is a high-spec and high-end Full HD flash memory camcorder. It is made for professional use such as over the air broadcasts, cable and satellite TV. It can also be used to cover high profile events such as weddings, shows and conferences. This professional camcorder boasts a powerful 1/2.84-inch 2.91 Megapixel CMOS image sensor with 2ch PCM digital audio recording.

The camcorder flaunts a large 3.0-inch LCD with touch panel offering 100-percent field of view and 460,000-dot resolution. A high-resolution Electronic View Finder 0.24-inch in size and with 1,560,000-dot resolution gives 100 percent view coverage and offers adjustable 45-degree tilt with brightness, contrast and backlight.

The sensor runs on DIGIC DV IV image processor that includes face detection technology. A built-in Canon Lens is part of the body construction with 28.8mm-576 mm focal length. It offers 20x optical zoom and a aperture of f1.8-f116. The lens comes with 12 elements/10 groups construction. A Dynamic Image Stabilizer system with Power IS is also available on board along with 5-axis image stabilization for clearest photography.
