Canon EOS M50 is a versatile and well-featured mirrorless digital camera designed for everyday use. It offers UHD 4K video recording, a high-resolution electronic viewfinder and improved Dual Pixel CMOS AF with Eye Detection AF. The camera comes equipped with 24.1MP APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC 8 image processor, this combination makes M50 capable of producing clean, well-detailed imagery with low noise in a variety of lighting conditions. This enables UHD 4K video recording and offers Dual pixel CMOS AF system, this focusing system is particularly well-suited to subject tracking and pairs with Digital IS 5-axis image stabilization for steadier, shake-free video recording.

It incorporates a 3.0-inch touchscreen LCD with 2.36m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, the screens vari-angle design permits working from high and low working angles and its touchscreen interface allows working with Touch and Drag AF for easier manipulation of the AF area. The sensitivity range of ISO 100-25600 allows for shooting in low-light settings and a continuous shooting rate of 10 fps is ideal while working with moving subjects. Moreover the built-in Wi-Fi and NFC provides seamless sharing of photos and videos wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet.

Included with camera body is the standard zoom EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens which provides a 24-72mm equivalent focal length range. The optical design of lens incorporates a trio of aspherical elements to control chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range for sharper, clearer image quality. It also features STM stepping motor for quick, quiet autofocus performance and Optical Image Stabilizer which compensates for 3.5 stops of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting.
